TransFit Gets You Fit

Our TransFit program is growing weakly as our students tell their family and friends about how effective the classes are at helping them get leaner.  The TransFit classes are 45 minutes of high energy fun!  The classes are designed to help people build lean muscle and cardio endurance.  We do a lot of body weight, low weight and high rep training in TransFit in order to help you build lean muscle, gain muscle endurance and lose fat.  We always change up the classes so your body doesn't get used to the workout.  If you would like to come in and try out a FREE class so you can experience the fun and effectiveness of the class call us at (303) 402-9460 or email Transmuaythai@gmail.com .
