Trans 20 Day Fitness Challenge

TRAN'S 20 DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE starts today!! Come to a minimum of 10 classes between today and Jan. 31st. You will be performing a series of six 1 MINUTE TESTS of body weight exercises to see how many reps you can do within that minute. The 1 minute tests will be in this order 1) Flat Push Ups 2) Flat Burpee 3) Sit Ups 4) Box Jump 5) Air Squats 6) Pull Ups 7) Front Kicks (you can use the bands). We will practice during the last portion of every class. Every Saturday after the end of each class you will be tested over and by the third Saturday (Jan 31st) you goal is to increase each test/exercise number. If you are not able to come in on Saturday's then test yourself and mark it on the board. Our GOAL is to help you increase your muscle endurance and most importantly is to build good MOMENTUM/HABITS that will carry you through 2015! You are not competing with anyone but yourself.
