Tran's 4,000 Rep Challenge!

Starting today January 11th through January 30th our 20 Day 4,000 Rep Challenge Starts!  The CHALLENGE is to do 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups a day for 20 days to equal 4,000 reps.  It doesn't matter how you get to 100 or each exercise a day as long as you do it.  You could wake up in the morning and get on the floor and crank them out or do 10 reps a hour.  Whatever your strategy find one that you can stick with for 20 days.  Sign up on the cork board in the main dojo so we can help keep you accountable.  Our hope is to help you increase your core and upper body endurance/strength while building healthy habits.  The CHALLENGE ends on Saturday, January 30th at our 19 Year Anniversary Celebration!  Join the CHALLENGE and celebrate your VICTORY with us!  See you all on the training floor.....Ush! - www.Transmartialarts.com
