Our 18 DAY TRANS's BELLY BUSTER CHALLENGE has started!!  Every day from Monday the 7th till ThanksGiving you will need to do 50 Sit-Ups, 50 Leg Lifts, 50 Toe Touches and 50 Bicycles (every other one is one) for a total of 200 reps a day. By the time ThanksGiving rolls around you will have done 3,600 reps for your abs! Sign up and CHALLENGE yourself to VICTORY!
