Mark your calendars for our 18 YEAR ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION this Saturday January 31st!! We will have two classes that day instead of our normal schedule. Kids Martial Arts class will be at 10:15am - 11:15am. We will not have TransFit or Krav Maga this Saturday as we are combining it with the Kickboxing class for a special workout. The adults class will be from 10:15am - 11:45pm. It will be a mix of TransFit, Kickboxing and Krav Maga! We are very excited for the SPECIAL TRAINING and CELEBRATION this coming Saturday!
