Kru Allison

Allison first gained an interest in fitness in her late teens after high school. She had spent many years exercising and trying numerous different programs in gyms, at home, and in group settings. It wasn’t until she was training in both Muay Thai and CrossFit that she found her real love for health and wellness. Within a short time of training in both activities she witnessed massive transformations in her strength, physical abilities, and mindset. It became challenging to keep up with both programs, therefore, she chose to invest herself into learning the art of Muay Thai and is a 2nd Degree Muay Thai Black Belt from TMTA.

As a martial arts athlete and an instructor, Allison’s interest became her passion. Over the last 12 years she has been using her skills of coaching in Muay Thai and Krav Maga, personal training and helping others achieve their goals within their fitness and wellness journey. Owning a martial arts school, she not only has a passion for health and wellness, but she also has a purpose. Allison is dedicated to pushing every individual to their greatest potential. 

It doesn’t matter whether you’re an absolute beginner or if you have had previous experience; she enjoys working with all individuals in showing them what their bodies are capable of in the movements of training, self-defense and the mental challenges that comes along with it and the commitment of being a martial arts athlete.
